A fee will be automatically charged to your registered credit card for any no-shows or cancellations within this 48-hour window:
Medical and Injection Services:
– Up to 15 minutes: $50
– 30 to 59 minutes: $100
– 60 minutes or more: $150
Skin Care Services:
– Consultations: $30
– Any Skin Care Treatment: $50
Should a client fail to attend or cancel late three times, they will need to pay in full when booking future services. This prepaid amount is non-refundable if the policy is breached. However, if rescheduling is done before 48 hours of the appointment, the amount can be used for subsequent services at our spa.
Our professionals are in high demand, often booked weeks or months in advance, with a significant waitlist. Short-notice cancellations prevent us from filling these slots.
